UPOU Library Holds Orientation for Students on Library Resources

The University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU) Library conducted an orientation for students about library resources titled “From Draft to Submission: Integrating Library Resource for Comprehensive Research and Writing Success” on 20 September 2024. This orientation was done online via Zoom. More than 480 students registered for the event and about 300 of these were able to participate. Today, 26 September 2024, the University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU) and Kaohsiung Medical University (KMU) celebrated a significant partnership by signing both a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) at KMU, Taiwan, coinciding with the International University Social Responsibility Forum. The Faculty of Management and Development Studies (FMDS) of the University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU) welcomed new students through a Hybrid Student Orientation for the First Semester/Trimester AY 2024-2025. Held on 14 September 2024 from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM, the orientation took place onsite at the Centennial Center for Digital Learning (CCDL) Auditorium, UPOU Headquarters, Los Baños, Laguna, and via Zoom.
