The Continuing Education Program (CEP) of the UP Open University’s (UPOU) Faculty of Management and Development Studies (FMDS), in collaboration with the Southeast Asian Regional Center for Graduate Study and Research in Agriculture (SEARCA) and the University of the Philippines Open University Foundation, Inc. On 31 January 2025, the University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU) and UNICEF Philippines had a study tour at the Valenzuela City Child Protection Center (CPC) to gain insights into its child protection programs and initiatives. The tour was hosted by CPC Head Ms. Ma. Kristina Ramos and Social Welfare Operations Chief of Staff Ms. Dorothy Go-Evangelista, who provided an in-depth discussion on the center’s programs in the locality.
