The faculty and staff of the Faculty of Information and Communication Studies (FICS), University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU) successfully held their strategic planning meeting from 23-24 September 2024 at the Ace Hotel, Pasig City. Mike Clester Perez, a Product Quality Engineer based in Greater Manchester, United Kingdom, is an alumnus of the Diploma in Research and Development Management (DRDM) and Master of Research and Development Management (MRDM). In preparation for the upcoming implementation of the UP System’s new finance and HR systems, selected UP Open University (UPOU) employees undergo a one-day orientation organized by the UPS Roll-out Team for UPOU. Today, 26 September 2024, the University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU) and Kaohsiung Medical University (KMU) celebrated a significant partnership by signing both a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) at KMU, Taiwan, coinciding with the International University Social Responsibility Forum.
