The COVID-19 pandemic has created such a disruption in our lives. DILG endorses UPOU MPM’s MOOC on Inter-Local Cooperation The Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) has formally endorsed the Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) on Interlocal Cooperation (ILC) of the Master of Public Management (MPM) Program. To formalize the creation of the Consortium of Open and Distance Education Institutions in the Philippines, five state universities established partnerships for the said undertaking through the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MOU).
