WRAP VIDEO The year 2023 has been fruitful for the University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU), improving students, faculty, and staff member’s welfare, ensuring quality education, widening networks through local and global partnerships, enhancing publicity initiatives, and providing public service. The University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU) Faculty of Management and Development Studies (FMDS) held its Recognition and Fellowship Program at the UP Open University Headquarters, Los Baños, Laguna. It started with the singing of the National Anthem, followed by back-to-back messages from Dr. Diego Silang S. Maranan, Dean of FICS, and Ms. Andrea V.
