The University of the Philippines Open University has released a call to all members of the University of the Philippines community for nominations for the Next Deans of the Faculty of Information and Communication Studies (FICS) and the Faculty of Management and Development Studies (FMDS). The Search Committee for the Next Chancellor of UP Open University has released an extension of the deadline for the submission of nominations for the next UP Open University Chancellor, in consideration of the disruptions brought about by Typhoon Kristine.
