The newly-elected members of the University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU) University Student Council (USC) gathered for their Oath-taking Ceremony on 16 December 2022, in a hybrid setup. Outgoing FEd Dean Presents Accomplishment Report

Dr. Ricardo T. Bagarinao, Dean of the University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU) Faculty of Education (FEd), presented his units’ accomplishments in a public forum held last 13 December 2022. His six-year term will end on 31 January 2023. Dr. Bagarinao highlighted the revision of the curriculum of FEd programs, the writing bootcamp, and the research colloquium as part of the faculty’s research journeys. UPOU Resumes Face-to-Face Commencement Exercises for Class of 2022

The University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU) held its 26th Commencement Exercises on 10 December 2022, at 5:00 p.m. at the UPOU Oblation Plaza. The momentous occasion marked the return of UPOU's annual tradition of holding face-to-face graduation rites for its graduates. UPOU Holds a Ceremonial March as a Send-off Tribute for the Graduates of AY2019-2020 and AY2020-2021

As the pandemic restriction eases, the University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU) held an in-person Ceremonial March for the graduates of academic year (AY) 2019-2020 and AY 2020-2021 on 10 December 2022, at the UPOU Headquarters located in Los Baños, Laguna. In total, 279 graduates were able to attend the ceremony, of which 74 were from the Faculty of Education (FEd), 79 were from the Faculty of Information and Communication Studies (FICS), and 126 were from the Faculty of Management and Development Studies (FMDS).
