To further promote mental health wellness and provide stress reduction techniques accessible to the general public, the Ugnayan ng Pahinungód University of the Philippines Open University conducted an online workshop on crocheting titled "Stitch Away Your Stress" on 28 February 2023 via Zoom.  The workshop was facilitated by Ms. Mary Meghan P. Perido, an entrepreneur, crochet maker and an alumna from the University of the Philippines Los Baños. A new University Registrar now sits for the “Cyber” campus of the University of the Philippines System, the UP Open University (UPOU). Assistant Professor Luisa A. The Office of Student Affairs (OSA) collaborated with the Ugnayan ng Pahinungód University of the Philippines Open University in conducting a workshop on Therapeutic Communication on 27 February 2023. The workshop was conducted in a hybrid format.
