The UP Open University (UPOU) Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (DRRM) Committee organized a training on Occupational First Aid & Basic Life Support (BLS)- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) with Automated External Defibrillator (AED). This training is part of its #AlwaysReady campaign and in celebration of National Resilience Month and was held on 24-25 July 2023 at the Audio Visual Room (AVR), UPOU Headquarters, Los Baños, Laguna. Dr. Consuelo Habito, Professor at the UP Open University (UPOU), and former Program Chair of the Master of Environment and Natural Resources Management (MENRM) program, attended the 2023 Association for Asian Studies (AAS) in Asia Conference from 24th to 27th of June 2023 at the Kyungpook National University in Daegu, Korea.
