The UP Open University (UPOU) as the current President of the Consortium of Open and Distance Education Providers in the Philippines (CODEPP) conducted a Seminar-Workshop on Institutional Implementation of Open Distance eLearning (ODeL). The UP Open University conducted a Blended Training Course on Open Distance eLearning (ODeL) for the nineteen (19) Graduate Faculty of the Department of Political Science of the University of the Philippines Diliman.
