The University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU) engaged in the forging of alliances with the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) through the inking of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) held last 19 June 2023. The agreement aims to upskill professionals and other stakeholders through the offering of applicable courses.
