On 16 December 2023, the University of the Philippines Open University held its 27th Commencement Exercises with the theme, "University of the Future: Reimaginations, Reconfigurations, Realizations." The 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩-𝐀𝐒𝐄𝐀𝐍 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐍𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 (𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐚-𝐀𝐔𝐍) 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 is now accepting applicants for AY 2024-2025.
