The Faculty of Education (FEd) held its Recognition Rites and Fellowship Program for the 2024 graduates on 6 December 2024, at the Centennial Center for Digital Learning (CCDL) Auditorium, UPOU Headquarters. The event was opened by the Dean of the Faculty of Education, Asst. Prof. Charisse T. Reyes. The UP Open University Faculty of Management and Development Studies held a Let’s Talk it Over (LTIO) Forum titled “HR of the Future”  on 11 December 2024 at the UPOU Audiovisual Room and online via Zoom. UPOU Congratulates the Class of 2024 Academic Achievers

The University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU) celebrates the brilliance of the 611 graduates, of which 46 received Latin honors and 109 graduated with distinctions in the 28th Commencement Exercises held last 7 December 2024. UPOU-FMDS Faculty Members Conduct Specialized Training for BFAR FishCoRe Project

The University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU) Faculty of Management and Development Studies delivered two training courses for the Philippine Fisheries and Coastal Resiliency (FishCoRe) Project. FishCoRe is a seven-year initiative that adopts a comprehensive approach to fishery governance, supporting the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) Regional Office 4-A in November 2024. FMDS kicks off Anniversary celebration with a Commemorative Tree Planting Activity

The UPOU Faculty of Management and Development Studies (FMDS) in commemoration of its 20th anniversary organized a tree-planting activity last 5 December 2024 that underscored the Faculty’s commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship. The tree-planting activity is one part of the three-part program for the Faculty’s 20th anniversary celebration.
