Dr. Melinda dela Peña Bandalaria, as the Chancellor of UP Open University (UPOU), was reelected as member of the Los Baños Science Community Foundation, Inc. (LBSCFI) Board of Trustees (BOT) for 2016 to 2018. The Commonwealth of Learning (COL) has opened ten slots for conference fellowships to the 30th Conference of the Asian Association of Open Universities (AAOU2016) on 26-29 October 2016 in Manila, Philippines.The fellowships will be awarded to delegates of not more than 45 years old from AAOU Member institutions in Bangladesh, India, Maldives, Pakistan and Sri Lanka.
