Eric Alcuezar Fernandez, a student of UP Open University, placed 4th in the September 2016 Special Professional Licensure Board Exam (SPLBE) for Professional Filipino Teachers in the Middle East. Mr. Fernandez is a Senior English Instructor II for the Saudi Japanese Automobile High Institute in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
