UPOU Faculty and Staff present papers at the 4th Philippines-Japan International Workshop – GIAHS Twinning for Sustainable Development

On 5-6 February 2018, faculty and staff of the University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU) attended the 4th Philippines-Japan International Workshop – Globally Important Agricultural Heritage Systems (GIAHS) Twinning for Sustainable Development held at Noto Airport, Wajima City, Ishikawa Prefecture, Japan. OVCAA kicks-off Research Conversations for 2018

The official blog site of the UP Open University (UPOU) is now public! The UPOU relaunched its official blog site, OpenUPConnect.com, this January 2018. Originally planned in 2013, the UPOU, through its Information Office, resurrected the blog, renamed it officially, and now is accessible to the public - both for perusing and contributions. OVCAA Conducts RTD on Research Ethics

The University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU) Office of the Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs (OVCAA) conducted the "Roundtable Discussion on Research Ethics" on 24 January at the Audiovisual Room, UPOU Headquarters. Resource speakers were Dr. Salome Vios and Dr. Sonia Bongala of the Philippine Health Research Ethics Board (PHREB).
