UPOU and 4 Philippines State Universities to create Distance Education Providers Consortium

To formalize the creation of the Consortium of Open and Distance Education Institutions in the Philippines, five state universities established partnerships for the said undertaking through the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MOU). The University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU) welcomes Assistant Professor Rita Cui-Ramos, RN, MAN as the new University Registrar. Her appointment runs from 6 February 2020 to 5 February 2021. Assistant Professor Ramos is a PhD candidate in Educational Psychology from the De La Salle University Manila.
