The Los Banos Science Community Foundation, Inc.(LBSCFI) will push through with SyenSaya, the Los Banos Science Festival this 2-4 December 2020.  LBSCFI, one of the four science communities created by the Department of Science and Technology (DOST), holds a yearly local celebration of the DOST’s National Science and Technology Week (NSTW). The University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU) welcomes the new set of University of the Philippines Open University Alumni Foundation Inc. (UPOUAFI) officers for 2020-2023. The online election of the  new set of officers was held from 11 to 15 August 2020. SyenSaya’s Wonderama Exhibit goes Virtual

The three-day exhibition of science discoveries and latest research breakthroughs that the Los Banos Science Community Foundation, Inc. (LBSCFI) hold each year will go virtual this 2020. The Virtual Wonderama Exhibit is a collection of technologies, programs, projects and services offered by the 23 LBSCFI member agencies. This collection will be presented as a curated list of captured or rendered multimedia resources. SyenSaya 2020 to feature forum on Food Security in the New Normal

UP is Asia’s 69th best, 52nd in academic reputation—QS

The University of the Philippines placed 69th among the top 634 higher educational institutions (HEIs) of Asia in the latest rankings released by Quacquarelli Symonds (QS). UPOU’s First Virtual Graduation Slated on Dec 5
