The FMDS Distinguished Alumni Awards aims to recognize distinguished graduates from the Faculty of Management and Development Studies (FMDS) and its predecessors (i.e., Faculties of Health Sciences and of Management Studies) who have exemplified the University of the Philippines’ motto of honor, excellence, and service. The guidelines for this award are patterned from that of the UP Alumni Association (UPAA) Awards with the integration of UP Open University’s thrust of promoting Open and Distance eLearning (ODeL).
