The EPLE, conducted annually by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), is a rigorous examination that upholds the standards set by Republic Act 10587, also known as the Environmental Planning Act of 2013. As defined in the law, environmental planning, also known as urban and regional planning, city planning, town and country planning, and/or human settlements planning, refers to the multi-disciplinary art and science of analyzing, specifying, clarifying, harmonizing, managing and regulating the use and development of land and water resources, in relation to their environs, for the development of sustainable communities and ecosystems.
UPOU-FMDS congratulates all the passers for their dedication and hard work. We are excited about the positive impact they will make in the field of environmental planning and sustainable development, both locally and internationally.
