OUR Conducts Training on Online Exam Proctoring (1)

To increase the pool of online exam proctors of the Office of the University Registrar (OUR), the  OUR Admissions Section organized a training on the management of the online proctor exam portal as well as policies and procedures for online proctoring. The trainees will provide assistance during undergraduate and graduate admission tests as well as in qualifying examinations.

Fourteen (14) UPOU personnel participated in the training facilitated by Mr. Bryan Alcazar, Electronic Data Processing Section Staff, and Ms. Jennifer Alvarez, Admissions Section Staff, both of the UPOU OUR. The training was conducted on 17 July 2024 at the AudiovisualRoom, UPOU Headquarters in Los Baños, Laguna.

The Ugnayan ng Pahinungód UPOU is conducting the UPCAT simulation sessions for aspiring Iskolar ng Bayan from Region X as part of the University’s commitment to democratizing access to UP education. The initiative aims to familiarize UPCAT takers with exam procedures, guidelines, and protocols, orient them on exam materials, and provide a mock examination experience.Day 1 was conducted at Cagayan de Oro City National High School, while Day 2 took place at Bukidnon National High School in Malaybalay City.
