On May 28, 2024, Dr. Roberto Figueroa Jr. delivered his lecture at the College of Education, University of the Philippines Diliman (UPD) to share the conceptualization and implementation of IOP. He was invited by Dr. Amelia Fajardo and Assistant Professor Ferdinand Pol Martin.
Dr. Figueroa’s lecture delved into the theoretical foundation of IOP. These pedagogies are designed to enhance learning experiences by utilizing immersive technologies and open educational resources. The program’s goal is to create more inclusive, engaging, and effective immersive educational environments that can adapt to diverse learning needs and contexts.
