The International Conference on Open and Distance eLearning (ICODeL) 2021 will be held from 13-15 October 2021 with the theme “The University of the Future: Sustainability and Agility Amidst Disruption.” Unlike previous conferences, ICODeL 2021 will be held entirely as a virtual event due to the ongoing global public health crisis brought about by the COVID-19. Co-organized by the University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU), Philippine Society for Distance Learning (PSDL), and UPOU Foundation, Inc. (UPOUFI), the fourth installment of the ICODeL series will enable open and distance e-learning (ODeL) scholars, practitioners, policy makers, and students “to discuss spaces and possibilities that ODeL has opened up as the educational sector envisions and prepares for the challenges of the University of the Future.”
As a response to the challenges brought by the pandemic to the education sector, along with the increasing concern over issues of sustainability, ICODeL 2021 will include the following sub-themes:

ICODeL 2021 has a corresponding conference fee of 100 USD, which is inclusive of online access to plenary special sessions and paper presentations, digital exhibit, e-book of abstracts, and e-certificate of participation. Discounts are also available as follows:
