The Faculty of Management and Development Studies (FMDS) of the University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU) conducted a Feeding MinDS workshop on the basics of videography on 3 February 2023, 2:00 – 4:00 PM, at the UPOU Audio-Visual Room (AVR) and via Zoom.

Asst. Prof. Luisa Gelisan, Director of the UPOU Multimedia Center (MC), and Ms. Ann Kristine Medina, former MC administrative staff member and multimedia developer and producer were the resource persons during the workshop. Asst. Prof. Gelisan showed the different camera movements, shots, and shooting techniques, while Ms. Medina discussed the basics of video recording and composition.

An open forum and short exercise followed after the two presentations which were participated in by FMDS faculty and staff to be oriented, refreshed and enhanced in producing video and other multimedia materials.

The Feeding MinDS is an FMDS series on knowledge sharing of best practices and upskilling among the faculty members and staff.
