Saludadez, University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU) Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administration and Program Chair for the Doctor of Communication Program under the Faculty of Information and Communication Studies, represented the UPOU at the Meeting of the ASEAN-China  Digital  Education Alliance (ACDEA). The University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU) Faculty of Management and Development Studies (FMDS) has taken a significant step towards digitalizing Laguna's local communities. On August 22, 2024, the FMDS' Barangay Digital Transformation Hub Initiative, in partnership with the Public Employment Service Office (PESO) Laguna and Concentrix Philippines, began distributing donated computers to its partner barangays. UPOU QAO Conducts Echo Training on AUN-QA Programme Level Assessment for Faculty and SAR Writing Teams
