A special removal/completion examination for the grades of 4.0/EXT that lapsed during the Second Trimester/Semester AY 2019-2020 is scheduled on 20 June 2020. Students who wish to take this examination may file a request on or before 31 May 2020 through the Application for Completion of EXT / Removal of 4.0 form.
