The Caraga State University (CSU) conducted a benchmarking visit to the UP Open University (UPOU) on 25 March 2025 at the UPOU Headquarters to learn about best practices in Open and Distance eLearning (ODeL). The discussions centered on the implementation of Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs), microcredentials, extension programs, and degree offerings. CSU delegates also explored UPOU’s innovative instructional strategies and approaches aimed at enhancing flexible and accessible learning.![]()
