The newly elected Mayor of Los Baños, Hon. Neil Andrew Nocon, paid a courtesy visit to the University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU) today. As this was the Mayor’s first official visit to UPOU, it served as an initial step toward building rapport and exploring potential areas of collaboration between the local government and the university.![]()
