This is UPOU’s foray into collegiate sports, primarily as an extra-curricular activity and venue for socialization among distance learners; and eventually a competitive league for dedicated gamers in the university system.

Today@UPOU: Dr. Anna Cristina Pertierra, Associate Dean (Research) and Executive at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) Faculty of Design, Architecture, and Building (FDAB), paid a courtesy visit to UPOU Chancellor Dr. Melinda dela Peña Bandalaria on 30 January 2025 at the UPOU Headquarters in Los Baños, Laguna.![]()

Members of the Chancellor’s Advisory Council also joined the brief meeting, which focused on the collaboration between UPOU, and UTS to provide faculty members with opportunities to pursue doctoral studies at UTS remotely.![]()
