Briones, Director of the Office of Extension and Training, Pampanga State Agricultural University (PSAU) delivered the opening remarks for the workshop on (Re)Designing academic programs and courses for open, distance, and e-learning (ODeL), a collaborative event between the University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU) Faculty of Education (FEd) and PSAU.Afterwards, FEd Dean, Asst.
