UP President Danilo Concepcion has declared 21 September of every year as the UP Day of Remembrance (Proclamation No. 1, Series of 2018). This 2019, the main commemoration of the UP Day of Remembrance, titled “Dambana ng Paggunita at Pagtutuos sa Batas Militar ni Marcos,” will be held on Thursday, 19 September 2019, with pre-event (12-18 Sept) and post-event (20 Sept) activities.
