Honoring FMDS Graduates and Their AchievementsThe Faculty of Management and Development Studies (FMDS) successfully held its Recognition and Fellowship Program on 5 December 2025, at the UPOU International Convention Center. The event celebrated the achievements of the graduating class.The program featured three key addresses. Welcome Greetings were delivered by UPOU Chancellor Prof. Joane V. Serrano and FMDS Dean Assoc. Prof. Finaflor F. Taylan. A notable message was also shared by CHED Chairperson Dr. Shirley C. Agrupis. In her message, she hughlighted that every diploma carries a fulfilled promise and a responsibility to the nation. She urged them to lead with integrity, to give back, and to embody the values of lifelong leadership and principle.The core of the celebration was the Presentation and Recognition of Graduating and Honor Students.EnP Jerico D. Namoro delivered the Message to the Graduating Students. He highlighted that the service to the nation can be of any form and shared a story of resilience from the people of Pampanga who refused to stay buried.The class was represented by Emmanuel H. Arquelada (Diploma in Land Use Planning(, who delivered the Message from the Representative of the Graduating Class.
