Honoring FMDS Graduates and Their Achievements![]()
The Faculty of Management and Development Studies (FMDS) successfully held its Recognition and Fellowship Program on 5 December 2025, at the UPOU International Convention Center. The event celebrated the achievements of the graduating class.![]()
The program featured three key addresses. Welcome Greetings were delivered by UPOU Chancellor Prof. Joane V. Serrano and FMDS Dean Assoc. Prof. Finaflor F. Taylan. ![]()
A notable message was also shared by CHED Chairperson Dr. Shirley C. Agrupis. In her message, she hughlighted that every diploma carries a fulfilled promise and a responsibility to the nation. She urged them to lead with integrity, to give back, and to embody the values of lifelong leadership and principle.![]()
The core of the celebration was the Presentation and Recognition of Graduating and Honor Students.![]()
EnP Jerico D. Namoro delivered the Message to the Graduating Students. He highlighted that the service to the nation can be of any form and shared a story of resilience from the people of Pampanga who refused to stay buried.![]()
The class was represented by Emmanuel H. Arquelada (Diploma in Land Use Planning(, who delivered the Message from the Representative of the Graduating Class. His key points highlighted a powerful tale of resilience that shaped his perspective and drive.![]()
The ceremony also proudly included the Pahinungod Pinning Ceremony, recognizing service to the nation.![]()
