The Department of Interior and Local Government has formally endorsed the Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) on Interlocal Cooperation (ILC).

The MOOC on ILC is specifically designed to enhance the Local Government Units (LGUs) capacity to coordinate and work with other LGUs in achieving a common goal. This offering is very timely as LGUs all over the country are currently fighting against a common enemy – COVID-19.

The MOOC on ILC has four modules:

18 May – 5 June   Module 1: General Course on Interlocal Cooperation

8 June  – 26 June – Module 2: Legal Ingredients

29 June – 17 July – Module 3: Institutional Ingredients

20 July – 7 August – Module 4: Financial Ingredients

These MOOCS are open for LGUs and anyone interested to learn about interlocal cooperation.

Enrollment for Module 1 will start on April 13, 2020. Stay tuned for further announcements.
