The Faculty of Education UP Open University is pleased to announce its partnership with the University of Sto. Tomas College of Education in hosting the 4th PSALM International Conference for Teacher Education and Formation on 04 May 2024 (Saturday).

The onsite fellowship was attended by the UPOU Faculty and Staff. Dr. Maria Lourdes Jarabe, the newly appointed Director of the UPOU OGC, delivered the opening remarks. Dr. Joane Serrano, UPOU Chancellor, and Dr. Finaflor Taylan, former Director of the UPOU OGC and newly appointed UPOU Dean of the Faculty of Management and Development Studies (FMDS), also shared their messages of empowerment. They emphasized that the celebration serves as a reminder of the ongoing importance of advocating for women’s rights and empowerment.![]()
