UNESCO-ICHEI met with UPOU![]()
As part of their ongoing collaboration under the Memorandum of Understanding with UPOU, representatives from the UNESCO International Centre for Higher Education Innovation (UNESCO-ICHEI) met with Chancellor Joane Serrano on 31 March 2025 to explore opportunities for accelerating digital transformation in education.![]()
Representing UNESCO-ICHEI were Chief Zian Cao and Mr. Zirui Wang from the Global Partnership and Programme Office. The discussions centered on these possibilities: (1) integration of UNESCO-ICHEI’s ICT resources and tools into UPOU’s courses and training programs for internal and external stakeholders, (2) joint initiatives for developing new capacity-building programs, and (3) feature UPOU’s existing resources in UNESCO-ICHEI’s knowledge hubs to expand global access.![]()
