For the purpose of encouraging and motivating ODL learners and practitioners, AAOU has invited both lecturer/practitioners and students/alumni of AAOU member institutions to share their experience and insights.

Yesterday, January 6, UPOU-FMDS commenced the first day of the Doctor in Sustainability (DSus) Intensive Course, at the Audio-Visual Room, UPOU Headquarters. FMDS Dean and DSus Program Chair, Prof. Joane V. Serrano, kicked off the event by introducing the UPOU and Open and Distance eLearning (ODeL), sustainability, and the role of DSus students towards a sustainable university.In the afternoon session, Dr. Alexander Flor, Professor Emeritus and Faculty-in-Charge for DSus, delivered an insightful talk on The Transdisciplinary Nature and Pandisciplinary Future of Sustainability Science. 19 applicants have attended this course as part of their application process for admission to the DSus Program, 2nd Semester AY 2024-2025.#UPOpenUniversity #FMDSUPOU #dsusintensivecoursess #sustainability ...
