Mag-isaisip: Conversations on Mindfulness

Puhunan ang lusog-isip kaya dapat itong pahalagahan at alagaan. Ang nakaraang mahigit na dalawang taon nating pagharap sa pandemya, ay isang malaking hamon sa hindi laman sa ating pisikal na pangatawan, ngunit higit sa lahat sa ating lusog-isip. Sa ika-limang episode ng seryeng ito, pag-uusapan ang tungkol sa konsepto ng mag-isaisip o mindfulness at kung paano ito pangangalagaan. Makakasama natin si Assoc. Prof. Marshaley Baquiano mula sa University of Guam at isang volunteer ng Committee of Psychosocial Emergency Services (CoPES) upang tumalakay sa konsepto.
