For those enrolled UPOU undergraduate students who have not yet received their official UP email accounts, please contact ICTDO by emailing them at [email protected] / [email protected]. When you send an email, please attach any valid ID or Form 5.

During the application period, kindly take note of the schedule. Applicants can file an appeal for higher financial assistance through SLAS online during the appeal period. Results of the appeal will be released after the deliberation of the  UPOU Committee on Scholarships and Financial Assistance. Additional documents or proofs may be requested from the student applicants.
