UNESCO-ICHEI met with UPOU![]()
As part of their ongoing collaboration under the Memorandum of Understanding with UPOU, representatives from the UNESCO International Centre for Higher Education Innovation (UNESCO-ICHEI) met with Chancellor Joane Serrano on 31 March 2025 to explore opportunities for accelerating digital transformation in education.![]()
Representing UNESCO-ICHEI were Chief Zian Cao and Mr. Zirui Wang from the Global Partnership and Programme Office.
