NCODeL2015 is a two-day event covering discussions on open and distance e-learning (ODeL) concepts and subsystems, ODeL frameworks, ODeL models, and quality assurance in ODeL. The plenary speakers include Dr. KC Li, Secretary-General of the Asian Association of Open Universities (AAOU); Dr. Patricia B. Arinto, Dean of the UPOU Faculty of Education; Dr. Melinda Bandalaria, Dean of the UPOU Faculty of Information and Communication Studies; and Ms. Maria Susan P.
