NCODeL 2019 Poster

Administrators, faculty members, researchers, and students of Philippine higher education institutions (HEIs) including practitioners and scholars of distance education, eLearning, and technology-enhanced learning are invited to submit abstracts of research papers for the 6th National Conference on Open and Distance eLearning (NCODeL 2019). NCODeL2019 will be held on 26-28 November 2019 at Holiday Inn, Baguio City, Philippines.

Carrying the theme “Quality in Equity. Equity in Quality, ” NCODeL 2019 provides venue for participants with a better understanding of the concepts, principles, and methodologies of distance education, elearning, and technology-enhanced learning. It is also a space for practitioners and scholars to share research results and practices in these areas.

The conference will zero in on three sub-themes, namely, Quality Assurance Framework in ODeL; Access, Inclusivity and Equity in ODeL; and Inclusive Technology for Quality ODeL.

Research abstracts should be submitted on or before 26 August 2019 through the official conference website. Abstracts should not exceed 350 English words, should be research-based, have not been presented or currently under review in any professional meeting, and should convey the topic’s importance and relevance to the theme and sub-themes.

Authors of accepted abstracts are required to register and present their research at the conference, and submit the full paper not later than 31 October 2019.

This biennial forum is proudly organized this year by the University of the Philippines Open University (UPOU) in collaboration with the University of the Philippines Baguio (UPB), Benguet State University (BSU) and Ifugao State University (IFSU), Commission on Higher Education (CHED), UPOU Foundation Inc.
