The UP Open University (UPOU) Multimedia Center (MC) conducted an in-depth training on the use of Zoom for UPOU faculty and staff providing both academic and administrative assistance to students and other UPOU stakeholders. The training was conducted to capacitate participants in the use and operation of ZOOM using different Information and Communication Technology (ICT) equipment as well as to familiarize them with MC’s online reservation forms and protocols in availing the office’s assistance and use of equipment.
The training was held on 22 October 2018 at the Training Room, UPOU Community Hub, Los Banos Laguna. A total of 27 UPOU employee participated in the training, which was facilitated by Ms. Luisa Gelisan, MC Director, and Mr. Edison Sevillo, Information Systems Researcher.
