They expressed the relevance of research in health programs, particularly medicine. Dr. Gellido shared their vision of fostering a culture of research productivity among LPU-SC faculty and students.

With this, UPOU-FMDS and LPU-SC are looking to explore avenues to strengthen their partnership, particularly with research initiatives, in support of Sustainable Development Goals 4 (Quality Education) and 17 (Partnerships for the Goals). The meeting concluded with their next steps to formalize their partnership, focusing on faculty-student research and collaborations.
